This rental is for a bedroom area, separated only by a curtain. There is a twin bed with TV and refrigerator. The area is set up as a guest room but serves as occasional short stay Airbnb room. This room is not shared with others but privacy is provided only by curtains, no door. I have pets but mostly keep them away from public areas. If you are allergic to cats or dogs, my house is not a good choice for you.
