Local 'watering hole' across the road, but not in viewing distance. Continental breakfast items provided. Beds adjustable such as double to two singles.

The Cottage - Berry House

Nestled among old heritage gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up and unwind, or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids with friendly cat and two dogs.

The Gallery will inspire you with the stunning views and closeness to nature, you can expect to wake up to Kangaroos lazing around waiting for you to feed them, or even a surprise as the Kookaburras sit on the bird feeder outside your bedroom window. If you just want to escape the daily grind this is the perfect place to relax. The Gallery is an Eco Designed cabin with 2 bedrooms and will comfortably accommodate 4 people. Just 3 km off the freeway and 30 minutes from Beaches, Lake & Vineyards Note: there are permanent tenants on the block, but the only contact will be a shared driveway. The house is very private.
