Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and somewhat centrally-located well appointed cozy studio apartment where you also will enjoy the private outdoor patio. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Fantastic 1-Bedroom Guest House with Loft

Stylish, modern, purpose built guest house. Its based in the western end of Gothenburg in Långedrag, a very nice residential area. It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

Välkommen till en nybyggd studio – idealisk för en person! Lägenheten har allt du behöver: en avskild sovalkov, fullt utrustat kök, tvättmaskin, golvvärme och en praktisk arbetsyta/matbord. Gratis parkering utanför huset med laddning för elbil finns mot avgift. Utmärkt låga: bara 2 min till bussen som tar dig till centrala Göteborg, 15 min promenad till stranden. Närmaste mataffär är ca. 20 min promenad/ 5 min med bil. Perfekt för både jobb och avkoppling i lugn miljö nära natur och stad!

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Välkommen till vårt nybyggda attefallshus i Askim! Här bor du i ett skandinaviskt och välplanerat boende på 30 kvm – perfekt för dig som vill vara nära både havet, skogen och Göteborgs centrum. Du har cykelbanan precis utanför dörren, och det tar bara 20 minuter att promenera till stranden och skärgården. Vill du in till stan går expressbussen dit på en kvart, eller så tar du bilen på 10 min. Gratis parkering finns på tomten. Huset är utrustat med allt du behöver för en skön vistelse.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Romantic Vrångö island escape

The Romantic Vrångö island escape är en stuga med hög standard och rymlig planlösning, på en avgränsad del av vår tomt. Din privata altan och SPABAD är ett steg utanför de breda glasdörrarna. Avnjut en god frukost eller ett avslappnande bad omgiven av vacker naturen. Stugan ligger bokstavligen där Vrångös naturreservat börjar. Stugan är designad för en rogivande vistelse nära naturen och den idylliska skärgårdsmiljön, oavsett vilken årstid det är.

Welcome to stay with us in an apartment at the groundfloor of an villa! Very quiet and safe area, you will have access to part of the garden with outside table with 4 chairs if you want to have your breakfast or dinner outside! In the bedroom theres a doublebed 160cm and in the livingroom/kitchen area theres a comfortable bedsofa 140cm width. Short distance to both the sea (3km fiskebäcksbadet and 3km ganlet) and shopping (2km frölunda torg)

Writers house - a place for poems - Brännö island

Our little guesthouse is cosy and quite, in the end of the "street". It is simple, estetic and easy to like. The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You. We have a couple of restaurants on the island and help You find the best places to bath, walk and eat. Quiet and close to nature.
