You can still get glimpses of the lake through the trees & modern houses that dot the landscape. There are still several small cottages from the days when Wildwood Amusement Park was the 'go to destination' from the big cities. Our home is just a quick 2mi drive into the town of White Bear Lake- a charming, hip and town full of shopping, dinning, more lake.
