The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The home is in a quiet subdivision on a large double lot facing a dead end street. The home is a 1/2 mile from Ozark Medical Center while City water park, shopping, dining, Country Club, MSU and historic downtown West Plains are all within a short distance. There is easy access to and from the main highway without the noise. The house is spacious with lots of room to stretch out, both inside and outside.

Come stay at the ranch! As we no longer need a farmhand, we are offering the cabin as a place to relax and enjoy the Ozarks at their finest! Come enjoy stunning views, sunrises and sunsets, fresh country air, starlit skies, and of course, cows. All from your porch. The house has been recently repainted, a soaking tub added, and the gas fireplace upgraded. The kitchen is fully furnished and a propane grill provided. Park your vehicle in the shop beside the house. Live the simple life!

Bring the whole family to our beautiful three bedroom and two bath house that comes fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay. We offer one king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in bedroom number two and a queen bed in bedroom number three to comfortably accommodate up to seven people! This house features a HUGE living room, dining room space, and kitchen that is perfect for small gatherings. The porch has a cozy patio with comfortable seating.

Emily's Cottage was Hand-Built-on-Site and is modeled after a 1930's style cottage but with all the Modern Conveniences. It sits in a peaceful wooded setting 2 miles down a quiet country road surrounded by peaceful pastures and woodlands. A unique & tranquil place. Emily's Cottage and Leona's Cottage are separated by a grove of trees allowing privacy for both but close enough to have family/friend gatherings that can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
