This is the last to be restored and now working to restore the 40 acres of forest and pond. This quiet location offers peace and serenity and a view of Pikes Peak. Deer, elk, fox, bear, coyote and even some moose have been seen on this property. Nearby Pike National Forest offers adventure for outdoor enthusiasts.
