Appalachian Trail (McAfee Knob), Blue Ridge Highway, Smith Mountain Lake, James River, wineries, breweries, shopping are close by. 18 min to Roanoke College and 40 minutes to Virginia Tech. It's now a blend of farmhouse and contemporary. This cottage is also a blend of country and town, with plenty of space to spread out, relax, walk our 3 acres, view mountains, and watch the deer.
