Island Retreat: Quiet and convenient.

This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. It is conveniently located in a quiet, southside neighborhood: less than a mile from Lake Mayer park, about 10 minutes from Sandfly & Skidaway, 15 minutes from downtown and River Street, and only 30 minutes to Tybee beaches. There is covered parking at the back and a beautiful live oak tree in the front.

We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. The Studio is a beautiful, well-designed, studio-apartment located in Midtown- Savannah! Situated in a quiet neighborhood no more than 15 minutes from most sites in Savannah and 25 minutes to Tybee Island. The Studio is attached to our home with no shared spaces and is completely private– including a private patio area and dedicated driveway. The space is also within walking distance from the Candler and Memorial Hospitals with grocery stores, restaurants, & coffee shops nearby!

OTC-022724 1 King bed, 1 bath private guest suite. Private entrance and HVAC controls. Living room with TV and kitchenette. Kitchenette has microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. you have to walk up a spiral staircase to get to the balcony entrance. This is a large property and there are multiple guest suites. There is another guest unit adjacent to this one and you may hear noises from the nextdoor unit. If you are very sensitive to noise I would not recommend booking this.

Come stay in our cute little loft in the streetcar district of Savannah! We are just off Bull Street and close to one of SCAD's many beautiful buildings which are dotted throughout Savannah. This is a beautiful bustling area with a variety of bars, restaurants and coffee shops in the surrounding streets! On top of that, Forsyth Park is less than 10 minutes walk! No children under 12 or pets allowed in our property.
