Each unit has their own porch with outdoor seating. 1 free parking spot comes with the room. This is a yard view room and does not have an ocean view.

The Presumpscot Room on the 3rd floor is so named because it overlooks the Presumpscot River. It features a queen bed and has access to two shared bathrooms. It is a more cozy experience than some of the other larger rooms at The Elms.
