Cora’s Corner—close to downtown AustinThe Kingsley House is a known entity in Austin. Built in 1926 by Judge Kingsley for his daughter, Cora, who lived here for many years, the walls of this home could tell many stories. Besides housing a prominent citizen in its early days, it was later the home of a popular local artist; it's been an antique store; and it has even been a residence for senior citizens. But now it is the sanctuary for my little family, our peaceful abode just a block from downtown.
