It is convenient for the Bowl Arena, Bletchley Park, Woburn Safari, the M1 motorway(10 mins), Luton Airport (20 mins) and London.

PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

On grounds of beautiful old pub (drinks only but hosting regular food trucks) with free parking and plenty of lovely walks from the studio.

The property has full gas central heating, additional feature electric fire in sitting room, WiFi, Alexa and smart TV.

The Chalet provides comfortable and cosy accommodation for 2 people, perfect for a relaxing rural getaway and remote working alike. It consists of an open plan living/kitchen area, separate bedroom, shower room and separate dressing room. Part of a recently renovated stable block, the accommodation is of high standard, lies on a direct bus route and is only 4 miles from Oxford city centre.

A converted garage with kitchenette downstairs, bedroom and small shower room with WC, the WC is in the eves so taller people may need to sit down! it is next to a busy family home but otherwise surrounded by beautiful Oxfordshire countryside with great views. Ideal base to explore the Cotswolds, with a busy Racing Yard at the end of the drive, an added bonus for horse lovers!
