Cozy 3- bedroom home with small town charm

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We have plenty of room for the whole family or have the whole place to yourself! Ashland is the perfect place to disconnect and revel in small town life. This is an older home that is recently remodeled. There is an unfinished basement in the home that is not part of the living space in this listing. We do allow access to the basement as we are in tornado alley. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for any unapproved pets in our home!

Come and enjoy our peaceful country setting surrounded by wildflowers and wildlife. We have a walking trail with a couple of exercise stations and 2 holes of pasture golf and 2 baskets for disc golf. There is a pickle ball/basketball court, lit dance floor and room to play outdoor games. You might want to enjoy an evening picnic in the lit tree area. Our open vistas provide for great cloud and star watching as well as amazing sunrises and sunsets. Outdoor seating on front and back porches.

Surrounded by wooded scenery and undisturbed prairie outside Greensburg, Prairie Pines caters to those seeking serenity. The barn-style cabin, with a studio sleeping area downstairs and bunk beds upstairs, sets the tone for a farm stay. Tasks here are optional: wandering the grounds to encounter an alpaca and miniature donkeys; grilling on the patio; watching the sunset, or warming up in front of the potbelly stove. Creature comforts include a full kitchen, a television, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

This home has 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bath, and a fold out couch in the living room so the property will sleep 6. A spacious kitchen with a coffee/tea/Snack bar is located within the kitchen area. There is a smart TV which is loaded with MANY streaming applications. Exercise Bike and workout DVD'S.

Clean and quiet place to stay while you are passing through Minneola. No pets (will make exceptions for service dogs special situations, however owner approval is required), no smoking of any kind. Family of 4 can fit comfortably or if you are traveling here for work with a work crew, no more then 2 adults.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This house features 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It has central heat and air for the everchanging Kansas weather! You are withing walking distance to multiple restaurants and just off the main highway through town making a simple drive to the main hotspots and industry in the area. Right now the yard is not much of a looker but will be improved this spring!
