We are always open to sharing a glass of wine but also want to be courteous and respect your privacy and will never intrude on your stay. If needing laundry service or suggestions of wineries or restaurants we are here to help. Watch local wildlife including deer, wild turkeys, quail, foxes, and squirrels. Despite its beautiful countryside setting in the west hills of Atascadero, the suite is conveniently located close to downtown, wineries, and the coast. Uber is a great way to get around. There are many local winery and brewery tours available by local providers. There are two outdoor cats that wander the 3 acre property. In respect to other guest who might have allergies please don't let them in the suite. They are friendly and like attention. There is a bench by the suite entrance that they like to sit on and say hello. We have one indoor cat and one indoor dog in the main house. Note the suite is disconnected from the main house. Occasionally they wander the deck when having a glass of wine. They are super friendly and sweet. Location: Our suite is centrally located between the coast and the North County wineries. Located off the 41, across the street from Atascadero Zoo and also right off highway 101. Additionally, there are many great restaurants, movies, parks and coffee shops near to enjoy. It is a short distance to the beautiful central coast line where you can enjoy kayaking, boating and shopping. Cal Poly is a 15 minute drive.

LA, Top of the Hills, Views, Pool, Private Suite

We would like to offer people from all over the world visiting Los Angeles a place to relax after intense sightseeing tours or after a long work day. We created a little suite that has a separate bedroom, a separate living room, and a private bathroom with amazing views of the valley hills and the city right by the pool. Just have a glass of wine at the end of our back yard on top of the hill and watch the moon and stars, do a few laps in the pool, or just watch a movie in your own living room.

And wake up in the mornings to the mist in the trees when the fog rolls in.

Winterwarm Cottage is the guest house of my rustic mini-farm. It offers a cozy, comfortable getaway and a chance to meet and mingle with a variety of friendly farm animals . Centrally located between the beaches and Temecula Wine Country, both an easy 30 minute drive away, and right around the corner from the Fallbrook Winery. Included in your stay of 3 days or more can be a complimentary wine tasting at the beautiful Fallbrook Winery, ($40 value) or with a 2 day stay, a 2 for 1 tasting.

Treetop Oasis with a Balcony and Mountain Views

This guest suite blends vintage furniture and artwork with a 70's-inspired decor. Original wood-paneled walls and countless potted plants complement the gorgeous mountain views and wildlife that can be seen from the windows and private balcony. NOTE: This unit is below our home with an active toddler & across the hall from our office. It can be noisy at times. We overlook horses, so you may hear occasional neighing. If you have allergies to animals, this space may not be best for you.

Majestic View Retreat, Nevada City

Enjoy the view of the snow capped Sierras while soaking in the hot tub, reading on the private porch, or sitting next to the cozy fireplace indoors. Romantic, freestanding casita with private courtyard, set upon the hillside of a working olive farm in Paso Robles, California. Vintage Moroccan and Spanish light fixtures, built-in Moroccan queen-sized bed, refrigerator, coffee maker and basic utensils make this a perfect home-away-from-home or private retreat. Enjoy this quaint, peaceful redwood retreat tucked away in the Santa Cruz Mountains. This small private cottage comes with a private hot tub, outdoor shower, propane fire pit and hammock. You'll be 10 minutes to downtown Felton and 25 minutes to Santa Cruz beaches. The cottage is on a shared property and next door to the main house. Please note there is no indoor shower (outdoor only) and the road is one lane with a steep driveway. Permit #211304
