You’ll have your own bedroom/living space, shower/WC and a small kitchenette equipped for everything you would need. It’s perfect for short or longer stays or whilst working away from home. Great for solo travellers or couples looking for a calm & tranquil stay. Access to the tiny house is independent from main house and private. Access to London is 15 minutes by train and city centre 2 minute walk

Beautifully presented, clean & quirky entire house, close to the cultural centre of St Albans, and countryside (Heartwood forest only a 30min walk away). Very private, with a closed off garden, allocated parking and everything you will need inside to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Kitchen with filtered water (Water2), spray tap and garbage disposal. My home's been lovingly renovated by myself, and I'm happy to make it available for respectful guests. On-site, we also have a converted Granary with three beds and ensuite (10 m from the Barn) and the adjacent Nook which sleeps two (additional fees for over 6 guests). The Thatched Barn makes a great central space for social and corporate events with an open plan ground floor covering 100 sqm. One of the ensuites has an oversized spa bath, there is a hot tub and even a secret cinema! The minimum stay is strictly three nights.
