My place is less than one mile from snowmobile trails and you can begin your day of riding right from the house. There is plenty of parking for multiple trucks with trailers. Curtis is less than 5 miles. Perfectly nested in a beautiful country setting with pull in driveway with a large area for parking. Plenty of FREE firewood for the firepit for relaxing around a fire in the evening under the stars. Maple Leaf is centrally located 1 hour or less to U.P. attractions. South Manistique Lake which is 2 miles north of cottage. You can access the trails from the south of cottage 300 feet on a scenic trail in the woods about 2 miles turn left or right to find the trails.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This is newly built home designed to resemble a train depot on the outside and made to be a comfortable and relaxing space inside. There is a boxcar and a caboose on the property that are being rehabbed and will eventually be available to rent on this property also. It is approximately a 15 minute drive to downtown Marquette.
