It is a guest house on a larger property that includes a main house that is the owners residence. It is 40 Minutes from Nashville, TN. Quiet and Peaceful, the property is just off Historic Hwy 100, minutes from local fare and conveniences. A few miles from Nashville's most well known sites like, Natchez Trace Parkway, Loveless Cafe and DT Nashville and the Broadway Honky Tonks.

The Leipers Fork Distillery and the Puckett’s restaurant with live music is under 30 minutes away.

Washer/spin dryer. 5 beds, not 7 (AirBnB error) : 1 queen (full length), two fold-out doubles (5'5" long), and two twin bunks (6' and 5'5" long). Coffee maker, microwave, fridge. Everything washed, cleaned, and sanitized after every stay. The road is a bit rough for about 1/4 mile, so no low-riding sports cars.

Rooted is one of two custom built tiny cabins on the 42 acre Bask Retreat Center campus. In addition to running top tier retreats, we welcome overnight guests to UNPLUG, RESTORE + RECONNECT. This cabin features colorful paintings, custom cabinetry, beautiful lighting, and massive windows for soaking in the surrounding forest. Cozy, comfortable, and colorful vintage furniture, retro fridge, marble countertops, deep bath tub, colorful and lovely tile in bathroom and kitchen.

#1 Waterfall Campsite- shaded with firepit

Waterfall Campsite is a perfect place to relax in nature with electricity! Peaceful sounds from the continuous waterfall, this site has perfectly soft ground for tent sleeping and plenty of parking on the driveway for vehicles. Vans and small RVs fit in space, back in for easy exit. No water hookup. Hike into woods for a cold outdoor shower of spring water flowing from pipe. Dry, chopped firewood is available for $10 a bundle. 32' x 35' tent site, plus plenty of parking.

This luxurious Glamping Tent is surrounded by nature’s beauty. Inside, find a cozy queen bed, a private bathroom with sink, toilet, old fashioned bathtub & shower sprayer, well-equipped kitchenette, bunk beds, indoor dining table, and a small sofa for relaxation. It even has a TV, and is fully Air conditioned and heated! Outdoor deck overlooking ponds, outdoor dining table, private gas grill, and shared Solo Stove fire pit with Adirondack chairs!

There is room for your horses as well if that is a need. Less than 15 mins from 1-40 and an easy drive and plenty of parking for a larger rig.
