Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. If present they're usually invisible. EV charging available.

Bayshore Bungalow

Come and enjoy Bayshore Bungalow, your own private getaway. Come sit on the deck with fire pit, grill and a view. Enough space to bring your boat and trailer, local boat ramps nearby. Queen bed, large sectional, smart tv and full kitchen and bath. Everything you need. Local restaurants Noah's Ark and Pier 6 are just down the street to have dinner on the water. There's an elevator, EV charger, foosball, ping pong, basketball, arcade, outdoor chess/checker and cornhole game.
