Enjoy historic charm close to UNL and downtown. This garden-level apartment with its own entrance is walking distance to delightful coffee shops and cafes. Modern kitchenette will allow you to prepare quick meals. We live in the upper levels with our dog (Esther) so you will hear us moving around a bit. The space is a little tight for four grown adults, but it’s great for a family with kids. Sofa pulls out to a full-sized bed. We love to offer our porch and patio for your enjoyment!

Suitable for adults and children 8 and older. Tesla CHARGING STATION ON SITE with user fee of $10 per night. There is an up charge of $15/night per guest past 2, limit of four total.
