It provides the perfect space for your family to relax while being within walking distance of everything, including downtown Seward, the beach, and the world-famous Alaska Sealife Center. Watch from your deck as the Mt. Marathon racers make their way from the heart of downtown Seward up the road into the mountain. Enjoy the entire house with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Experience the Alaska lifestyle in our cozy, ON-grid yurt. Nestled a short walk up on the hillside, you'll be serenaded by squirrels and watch the trees rustling overhead from your new firm memory foam bed. Far from "roughing it", this yurt has all the amenities: hot and cold running (drinkable) water, electricity, a full kitchen and a shower. While there is a composting toilet inside the yurt, if you'd like to stick to a "normal" toilet, there is also a shared restroom near the parking area.

We are 10 minute walk from the lake and 5 minute walk from Tiehacker trail head. There are plenty of walking trails or an easy scenic stroll around BearLake subdivision
