The San Marcos River Haus is the perfect family getaway. Enjoy a private, gated retreat on 2 acres, the River Haus is the perfect blend of luxury living and rustic charm. The property has plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for the whole family to be together or get quiet time if needed. Quiet times from 10:00 pm-10:00 am please. We would love for you to visit and have a wonderful time but no hooting and hollering outside after 10:00 pm. We respect our neighbors rights to get good rest.

Our space functions part of the time as an artist residency location for musicians, writers, and visual artists who are guests of Commerce Gallery. We've recently renovated and curated this home with the specific purpose to inspire and foster creativity in a uniquely comfortable setting. Private parking space is available behind the property and the Bus stop is just feet away from the front door..

Come relax at our stylish, unique Tree Loft. We converted an 800+ square ft. photography study into a trendy flat. The living room ceiling peaks at 20 feet. Suspended above the living room is the bedroom with a view of the tree tops. The bathroom is just below the bedroom at the bottom of the stairs. Generous windows bring the outside in. Step out on to the screen porch for your morning coffee or into the small totally fenced private backyard.

A home away from home :) Come relax in the heart of San Marcos in this cozy one-story house. We are located 5 minutes from Downtown San Marcos and 15 minutes from the river and the Premium Outlets. Perfect for a staycation or visiting college graduates! We have a fully-equipped kitchen area, free washer and dryer, and a patio area to relax. The neighborhood is very peaceful and there is free access to parking. We look forward to hosting y'all :)
