BIG wraparound porch to enjoy the garden. Historic Gold Rush towns, wineries, lakes, rivers, and winter sports are nearby. Yosemite's Highway 120 entrance is just a 1 1/2 hour drive away. The house is magical inside and out, with unique curved walls and ceilings, facing a seasonal pond and home to much wildlife. Sit outside at night under the Milky Way, watching shooting stars and listening to toads in the pond. Please note the bedroom is upstairs, the bathroom is down an external staircase. There is no oven.

The humble cottage is 600 sq feet. Super clean and efficient. The private and quiet cottage includes a kitchenette, bathroom w/ shower, deck, carport and a loft bedroom w/ air cooler. It is comfortably romantic for 2 , safe & affordable for solo travelers.

Super clean 1-bedroom guesthouse located in peaceful Phoenix Lake Estates—10 minutes from historic downtown Sonora. 80 miles to Yosemite, 21 miles to Pinecrest Lake, 29 miles to Dodge Ridge Ski Resort, and close to two casinos. Inside, you’ll find a spacious bedroom, bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a pullout sofa bed, and a workspace. Many apologies, but we do now allow animals due to allergies.
