We have designated its use only for guests. This is a small space but has everything you need to have a great stay. We live on site in our home . Apartment is located only 3mi from I24. MTSU and downtown Murfreesboro are both 6mi away. Downtown Nashville is 35mi. BNA Nashville International is 30mi away.

Spacious, above garage studio apartment that is detached from the main home and is located in an upscale residential development. Available amenities include neighborhood pool, walking trails, basketball court, tennis courts and a workout facility. Downtown Franklin is a quick and easy 12 minute drive away. Nashville is a 30 minute drive straight up interstate 65. (Pool is closed for the winter)

Our very cool one bedroom apartment (950 sf) is above our 3 car garage. Our home is a 5 acre farm with chickens, sheep and gardens. If you come in the summer you can pick your own blueberries. There is a beautiful patio with a fireplace where is a pleasure to just seat and drink your coffee or a glass of wine. We really have the best of both worlds; peacefulness of country with the convenience of town!
