It is also surrounded by the best hunting and fishing locations in the Mid-west.The house is located only 10 miles from Lovewell State Park, 10 miles from the Jamestown Marsh Wildlife area, and 40 miles from Waconda Lake . Also, Belleville, Beloit and Concordia are all within a 30 minute drive.

Walking distance to Main Street to easily get to shopping, the brewery and restaurant. Relax and enjoy a slower pace while soaking up all of the unique amenities of Courtland.

Olive Branch Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This sweet retreat is centrally located in the family friendly community of Concordia. You will find that this three bedroom cottage sleeps eight. Indoor and outdoor games included are foosball, cornhole, cards, board games, television, books, and WIFI. A washer & dryer, fridge, dishwasher, stove, Keurig, grill, and cooking ware are also provided for your convenience.

The Lodge is at top of the hill near the main cabin, with breath-taking panoramic views overlooking Jamestown Wildlife Refuge and Sportsman’s Lake salt marsh. Heartland Lodge Loft

This is a brand new, fully remodeled space. The top floor can accommodate up to 16 guests. There are three bedrooms with bunk beds. Two rooms have queen beds as bottom bunks, and twins on top. The third room has two sets of twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids room. The open living room and kitchen space is great for gathering. There are two full bathrooms with a washer and dryer available.

Santa Fe | Tiny Cabin w/ Lake Vibes & Big Porch

This is a roomy tiny house cabin with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and living room. The queen bed has pillows and coverings while the bathroom has towels and washcloths. The large porch takes you to the outdoor fire pit, charcoal grill, and picnic table.
