You can walk freely in the nature or follow walking trails. Guests enjoy here cause; despite being located in the middle of 10 cottages, there is no view into each other. Fågelskådaren paradis med havet som fond! En dröm för naturälskare som söker lugn och fria vyer utan Wi-Fi eller TV. Lantligt och gammaldags inredd stuga, alldeles vid kusten på en egen äng. Huset har ett enkelt kök, utedass och vatten pumpar du upp i brunnen på gården (testad och godkänd vattenkvalitet). Dina enda grannar är korna som betar runt huset och några får. Huset har 12v el så det går att ladda digital utrustning men inte köra tex hårtork eller microvågsugn.

Stuga med sjötomt och egen strand samt egen brygga. 3 sovrum, 1 rum med en dubbelsäng, 2 rum med varsin våningssäng, samt en bäddsoffa för 2 personer i tv-rummet. Dusch och WC med egen brunn samt varmvattenberedare. OBS, tvättmaskin saknas. Hyresgästen tar med egna sängkläder och handdukar. Tillgång till varmt bad (39 grader) året runt med cirkulation för rening. En roddbåt ingår, medtag egna flytvästar. Stugan är rök och djurfri! OBS! EJ för festande gäng!!

We own the house and you have access to the whole house plus a very tiny courtyard. The Villa is situated on a corner lot in a calm neighborhood with only 50 meters to the ocean/beach. Utemiljön kommer att uppdateras efterhand med uteplatser och dyl. Vid bryggan finns även en liten roddbåt ifall man vill ta sig en liten tur i den vackra skärgården, kanske vill ni testa fiskelyckan?
