Luxorious 3-bedroom apartment is located in historic Ammende I Villa (built by Carl Ammende in 1896, also known as Carl Ammende summer villa). It has been wonderful vacation home for our family of 5 and great for hosting friends and relatives. It sleeps up to 8 people and is very spacious. The apartement is easy to access as it's on the first floor. It is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood near the beach. There is free parking in front of the house. The kitchen is well equipped with everything necessary for cooking - pots, pans, baking tray, different kniwes etc. The tap water in Pärnu is clean, has a very good taste and is good for drinking.
