We are in a quiet, rural location situated on the edge of the village of Le Ferre in Brittany which has a small restaurant and a bakers. Nearby St James has a weekly market and offers a wide range of shops & amenities, including the SAINT JAMES clothing factory and boutique.

L'esprit Loft

Ce logement unique est situé dans une rue calme à proximité immédiate du centre-ville historique de Dol de Bretagne. Il s'agit d'une ancienne ébénisterie entièrement rénovée avec d'excellente prestation. Le Mont Saint-Michel, Saint Malo, Cancale, Dinard et Dinan se trouve à environ 20 minutes de cette petite ville pittoresque. Vous apprécierez les commerces dans la rue principale, le marché diversifié du samedi matin et la vue imprenable du Mont-Dol sur la baie du Mont Saint-Michel.

Le Moulin de la Vallais

Relax at this enchanting riverside house that was the bakery many years ago. Lovely views all around the house and isolated so you can sit in the garden and listen to the river but know that you are five minutes from St Hilaire du harcouet. The river is next to the property with a large patio area to relax in and a lovely place for walks. There is also fishing sites just outside the property. See on line for fishing restrictions. It is also 30 minutes from Mont Saint Michel.

The house is certified by "Gîtes de France", our guests will find relaxation and peace here with a special charm and lush nature.

L'entrée indépendante se trouve sur le pignon de la longère. Une place de parking vous attend. Chambre avec lit de 160. C'est avec plaisir que nous vous accueillerons lors d'un déplacement pour votre travail, week-end, vacances . Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas autorisés.

This pretty house is perfect for a couple or family wanting to spend some quiet time in the countryside. Ideally situated, you can visit the famous Mont Saint Michel, and nearby towns, Fougères, Rennes or St Malo. The gite is at the end of a cul de sac surrounded by our historic tannery and our house and garden. Enjoy an evening by the fire in winter and a sunny patio in summer!
