Additional restaurants are across from the pier- The Pierside ( delicious fine dining), La Galetta Creperie (Yum!), Bear Cost coffee and pastry shop, a coffee and ice cream shop, a small convenience store and gift shop are all there in the pier area. There is a beautiful scenic walking trail right along the beach. It's about a 1 1/2 miles to north beach and about the same distance south to Calafia beach. Unit is located in a small condo complex, in a quiet neighborhood, 1 bedroom one bath unit, fully furnished, kitchen equipped. Elevator from garage to each floor. Nearby are world famous surf spots; Trestles, T-Street, Old Man's, etc. You’ll love my place; the cozy atmosphere and vintage feel of an authentic 1950's beach cottage, Short walk to the sand. All amenities including a tiny kitchen and full patio. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. This is one of two units on the duplex-type-property. 5 minutes walk to beach in a safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood.
