Location is 12 minutes from San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge, close to all Marin attractions, and 30 minutes to Sonoma and Napa counties. Set on six acres of bay-view gardens, the home is a short drive from San Francisco, Marin, Napa, and Sonoma. Outdoor attractions such as Muir Woods, Mount Tamalpais, and Point Reyes are all close by. It is nice to bike into town from the house, and then catch a ferry to Angel Island or San Francisco. There are bus services but having a car is necessary.
