Three parks within 4 miles encompass over 20 miles of hiking/biking. The Russian River, Redwoods, and Sonoma Coast are only a short, panoramic drive away.

Our studio has a private entrance with SELF CHECK IN. Our city permit is SVR25-056. We are close to a lovely spot to run, walk or cycle at Paulin Creek Preserve. Grocery stores (including an organic one) and a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and retail outlets are nearby. The views from your private covered deck are serene. You’ll love our place because of the outdoors space, light, comfy bed, and quiet neighborhood. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Located minutes from shopping and local sites, but you will feel worlds away in an upscale, quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

A sophisticated retreat in the heart of Sonoma wine country with a luxury boutique hotel feel. The Studio is located on the first floor of our two-story 100 year old farmhouse. French doors open up to a private studio on a tree-lined street between the historic Sonoma Square and the town of Glen Ellen. We’re a few minutes drive to vineyards and wineries. We self-developed our rural property as a secluded retreat with dog-friendly gardens. To share our creation with you, we designed a private 2nd-floor guest suite (ok to bring your good dogs). Your suite includes secure parking, private entrance, deck, kitchen, dining, living, 3 beds (queen, double, twin), one bath & a fenced back yard. We are on a country road near Healdsburg, Windsor, Russian River, Sebastopol, Santa Rosa, Calistoga, Sonoma & Napa valleys, wineries & beaches.

Built in 1870, our Fair Street Retreat is located in one of the oldest houses in Petaluma. The en suite studio is connected to the main house but has it own private bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, separate entry and outside deck. We are 3 blocks from historic Downtown district, an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops. If you prefer to stay in, brew some coffee in the kitchenette and sit on the deck under willow trees. #PLVR-19-0017

Our studio is only a few blocks from the heart of Petaluma. The Theatre District, Petaluma Market, and a myriad of local restaurants are all a 10 to 15 minute walk from your doorstep. We have two kids of our own (3 and 4) and we've set up the space to be comfortable for families traveling. There is ample space for everyone to spread out with a queen bed, 2 full size futons, and a crib included in the space.
