Studio apartment in a quiet suburb, below our home with a nature reserve at the rear. Only five mins drive from Newcastle's John Hunter Hospital. Near the Hunter Expressway and M1 Link Rd. Light and airy, with quiet air conditioning. Separate front entry, including an easy stairway from the street level. Combination lock on the front door, so no key to collect. The code is issued when booking is finalised. Andrew and I are regular Airbnb guests and now enjoy being hosts too.

Situated at the bottom of a terrace house, overlooking one of the best surf breaks in Newcastle. The break is only 3 minutes from the studio. All linen and essentials are provided. Close to beach, shopping, restaurants and public transport.
