It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. The room has a small private bath with shower with rain head, a full closet, coffee maker and fridge, vanity table. Mark, co-host, is a retired local guide who can provide information if needed. This is a one bedroom guest suite above a garage. It has one king bedroom with private bathroom and separate living room. Approximately 500 sq ft. It has a private entrance and own HVAC controls. There is a full flight of stairs to a balcony entrance. It has a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. . This is a large property and there are multiple Airbnb units on the property. There is another unit adjacent to this one and you may hear noises. For this reason we don’t allow children.
