Café Rio is another chain restaurant that started in Utah and is now in multiple states. They serve your regular Tex-Mex dishes: burritos, enchiladas, quesadillas, etc. They are famous for their cilantro ranch salad dressing. Cafe Rio was started in Utah and has a unique spin on Mexican food. They have amazing Burritos, Salads, and Nachos. They are most known for their Sweet Pork in any entree.
