Insight is a story of legends, each beer connected to global stories that have spread and morphed over barroom pints across the world. Hell Chicken is a session summertime pale ale that sets them apart by using yuzu juice and Sunken City features a white wine yeast that gives a deeper body to the farmhouse ale style. Seasonals like Doe Eyes cherry saison and Gravity Well imperial stout continue their rounded selection, all of which take a familiar base style of beer and add nuance instead of redefinition.

Although it’s still got the feel of an undiscovered secret, Insight Brewing seems to have a made a name for itself in liquor shops all over the state. So maybe that’s why their big, open concept taproom is more often than not packed to the gills, in the best way. With classics like An Obstruction on the Toll Way, The Wisdom of Old One Eye, and The Return Voyage of Banshee Cutter, you might feel like you climbed out of a Tolkien novel while placing your order. It’s all part of the charm. So take a journey to this adventure-themed brewery, where delicious brews and good times await.
