It's a chain grocery store but they have a fantastic seafood counter and yummy freshly made sushi.

There are two grocery stores, an IGA and Thrifties. We like thrifties , a bit higher end food selection, steaks etc., premaid food, fruit trays etc. The only issue with this place is parking, your better off parking in the underground.
