Stonefire is an authentic Neapolitan Pizzeria in the heart of the Platzl in Kimberley BC, they make everything from scratch using traditional methods. Stonefire pizza uses a 900 degree wood burning custom made oven to cook pizza using a method developed in Italy 200 years ago. Their head Pizzaiolo Allanthea uses the freshest ingredients to create authentic Neapolitan pizzas. Their pizza dough is made daily with caputo flour imported from Naples. The tomato sauce is prepared from scratch is made from San marzano tomatos. This pizza is incredible and delicious and we highly recommend checking them out!
