Ferment offers a nordic take on the Japanese cuisine. Their main thing is serving Ramen noodles, but they have several other things and there are vegetarian choices aswell. We recommend that you get there early as it is a popular place. Sunday/Monday: Closed. Other days closing hours: 9pm (21).

Danish guy making amazing asian food together with a asian grandma. Busy place, would recommend to book a table. Get the 3 dish menu for 215dkk

Very nice, no-fuss dumpling restaurant. Just some steps down the street.
