Good local pub with excellent traditional Italian restaurant next door. Great pizzas served in the pub area to eat in or takeaway. Walk off your lunch in the beautiful chalk grassland and woodland trails up at Tilshead water tower.

Old English pub with good atmosphere, log fires. Best to book early to avoid disappointment. High standard pub food with varied menu if you want to try something a bit different.

Great food, dog friendly, great Sunday lunch! Have a walk around Woodchester Park (National Trust) and stop here for lunch.

Pub under fairly new management. Popular with the young crowd. Shows all the major sporting events. Has a great beer garden out the back.

This pub located near the railway station is a place to stop for drinks when on the way to or from sightseeing or other events (including Bath rugby matches).
