Gampo Abbey is a Western Buddhist monastery in the Shambhala tradition. A cool place to visit, and they offer two free afternoon tours (donations encouraged).

Buddhist monastery. Worth the drive. Follow the road to the end to see the Stupa of Enlightenment and families living off the land. Drive with extra caution as there may be children playing.
