my favorite in the historical center. They use local ingredients but use them in a whole different way, yet the food remains italian. wouldn't know how to describe. worth the visit. not budget friendly

probabily my favorite restaurant in Rome. Can not reserve a table, if you go there have to wait about 30 minute.
