From the Dragon's eye, you can walk for 5 minutes through cliffs and see the rocks and the entrance to the cave. I definitely recommend maybe renting a kayak ride from Brbiscica beach to the entrance of the cave so that you can see the interior for sure. I absolutely do not recommend jumping into the sea on your own and swimming in it if you are not skilled and if there is any wind because it can be dangerous.
