The 4-Wheel Drive Beach is a staple for a visit to Corolla. If you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle I recommend you drive yourselves because the outfits here that take you out are expensive for a family ($75 per person at minimum), but seeing the wild horses is classic for the Corolla experience. You’re pretty much guaranteed to see them if you drive out there, and you can spend the day there if you buy a permit to park.

See the wild horses of Corolla with the original tour 4 wheel drive area tour company. They also have a beer garden and coffee shop adjacent to the office, in case you have to wait!
