Take the waterfront trail to Rouge Beach and enjoy the calm waves just a short walk from your accommodations. For a longer run or evening walk, cross the bridge toward Pickering and continue along the waterfront into wide open parks. Rouge Beach itself can get crowded in the evenings, so early mornings, or in the evening the trail on the Pickering side is best.

The expansive sandy beach at Lake Ontario is one of the eleven swimmable beaches in the City of Toronto. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset, canoeing, kayaking, and hiking. Free parking available in the summer.

Gorgeous waterfront park on the Rouge River and Lake Ontario. Huge sandy beach, swimming, boating, fishing and a long waterfront biking/hiking trail. Great for a picnic, walk, swim, or beach time!
