There is a paved walkway between Willows Beach and Cattle Point Park. There is ample parking, picnic tables and benches, a boat ramp located at Cattle Point. In the evenings, Cattle Point is known for its starry sky views.

Tidal pools, boat launch and great views of Mt Baker and out towards the Olympic Mtns. Hiking trails through an Oak forest. This area is also designated as a Dark Urban Sky Park, which makes it perfect for star gazing.

On Beach Drive, just inside the stone gates of the Uplands, the park extends to Cattle Point where you can walk on the rocks and dip your feet in the water.
