One of the first Vietnamese restaurant in Houston’s Asiatown, famous for the city’s best budget-friendly “Bo 7 Mon”, which translates to seven courses of beef. If you’ve never had it before, it can be kinda confusing because all the dishes come out at once. 1st course - Beef salad, which consist of slices of cooked beef, carrots, daikon, celery, onions, herbs & peanuts tossed in a lemon dressing 2nd course - Beef Carpaccio, which are very thinly sliced raw beef served with a small hot pot filled with broth to dip and cook the raw beef (cooks in 5 seconds), then rolled up in rice paper with mixed veggies. 3rd course - Beef meatball, which is like a steamed meatloaf with mushrooms and vermicelli noodles, l 4th course - Grilled beef with lemongrass 5th course - Grilled beef rolled in lot leaf 6th course - Rolled beef sausage 7th course - Beef congee
