Liberty Market is an urban bistro, located in the heart of Old Town Gilbert. The building itself has been in existence since the early 1930s serving Gilbert as a grocery store, now a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Liberty Market has creative home cooked food. It's super family friendly and pretty much all of the food is good. The Italian Cremosa drink is super yummy and don't miss out on their crazy good cakes. Liberty Market is dog friendly!!

This restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but our family really enjoys the breakfast and espresso here. With original shopping carts lining the interior perimeter of the building, it is easy to tell that at one time this structure used to serve as the primary grocery store for the small town of Gilbert dating back to the 1930’s. This is a great option if the wait at The Farmhouse is a little too long for your liking.
