Small specialty shop with 2 locations. They are located near the beach in Ocean Park on Calle Taft & in Lote 23 in Santurce. They are focus on espresso & experimental coffee drinks, light breakfasts & lunches & house-made pastries. Hours vary per locale.

One of my personal favorite spots in Condado. Great for some coffee or a quick bite to eat. My go-to is the avocado toast and lavender iced latté!
