Best views and walks. Go down to Ogden's Plain and Latchmere Brook/Bottom. Virtually no one around, but usually loads of animals grazing. Picnic and paddle by the stream; very safe and very gorgeous! Nice walks.

Frogham Car Park is 2.1 miles from us and roughly an 8 minute drive. We find the sat nav/maps doesn't bring the carpark up so the best way to get there direction wise is to put in a nearby pub (The Foresters Arms). When you reach this pub, make sure that it's on your left hand side and you continue going down the road. After you pass several houses you'll come across the carpark on your right. There are two carparks, a top and bottom one. We usually park in the bottom one as there's potholes on route to the top carpark. Whether you park at the top or bottom, be sure to go to the top carpark as from there is in our opinion, the best view point in the whole of the New Forest! The views are absolutely stunning and there's acres of open ground and forests so you can walk for miles or just have a quick look around. There's a constant brook running through the bottom of the hill and there's always plenty of wildlife about. This is probably our favourite walk and a must see area!

.7 of a mile walk/cycle just around the corner across country or on the forest road .. Abbotswell (forest car park). There's a view for miles. From there one can explore further or just turn back and go to the Foresters arms pub!
