A quick visit to see the pinnipeds at the Marine Mammal Sanctuary is always a treat. These animals will be released back into the wild when fully recovered. This nonprofit is partially funded by their gift shop, which is full of unique locally made treasures.

They do important work to rescue and rehabilitate injured and sick marine mammals. No tours but you can view the animals and if you hit it right see them when they are being fed. A small gift shop helps support the cause.
