Lareau Swimming Hole: This is a very comfortable swimming area. There’s plenty of parking and a large grassy area and beach area to relax. The water is calm and there is a nice rock to jump from.

Across from American Flatbread is the Lareau Swim Hole. Bring swim shoes (easier to walk), a picnic for lunch, and a tube. There is a porta-potty here if you need one.

You'll find a great swimming spot on the river for the kiddos, with a super fun rock to jump off of. There's also a trailhead for hiking and biking. An idealic Vermont swimming spot!

Located right across the street from the Flatbread Pizza at Lareau Farm on Rt 100 in Waitsfield. There’s a large parking lot. Jump off rocks into the river, climb up the path to a clay bath for natures spa ;) Plus there’s a nice beach.
