The most beautiful yoga center and tea house. Take a yoga class, have some tea and raw, organic chocolate, and definitely take a stroll through their garden and reflexology path!

Wonderful cafe with Vegan options, juices, bowls. Full yoga program and a fantastic spa. Their outside zen garden is a mix of contemplation and exploration

One of the most amazing small town secrets in the USA, this brainchild of a local family has to be seen and experienced to believe it. Everyone I have taken to visit True Nature is blown away by its beauty and peacefulness. Don't miss it.

Yoga, spa, garden, boutique. Treat yourself to a stroll through the peace garden. Check the online schedule for daily yoga and meditation. Beautiful place to practice. If you enjoy yoga and/or meditation, please do not leave without taking time to experience this wonderful place.
